Plover visit Breezy Point, May 22, 2005
		This little guy was feeding in the surf on the bay side of the tip.
		Here we had an American Oyster Catcher with a 2 day old chick.
		This was the most exciting behavior that I saw for the day, the two plovers in this photo were flying at and trying to lure this Oyster Catcher away from a nest I presume. The flitting and scurrying went on for at least 15 minutes. We were all fixed on the action.
		Our treat for the day was to see this Piping Plover nest with one egg, the start of something big! Or small depending on your point of view.
